Erin Mogel (she/hers) is the Founder + CEO of Elevate Social Impact, a coaching and consulting practice that guides individuals looking for careers in social impact and companies looking to build CSR into their brand. With 15 years of experience across nonprofit and CSR, Erin understands how challenging it can be to navigate the social impact landscape. A career pivoter herself, Erin shares her own experience of transitioning from nonprofit to consulting to CSR to starting her own business. She believes there is beauty in a non-linear career path, and encourages her clients to pursue all that makes them feel fulfilled.
A life-long mentor and natural coach, Erin gains immense joy from guiding others on their journey to find work that is rewarding and gives back. She is a dedicated thought partner, guide, and cheerleader to all of her coaching clients, ensuring they have the tools, resources, support, and confidence they need to enjoy an impactful career. Erin is an empathetic leader, passionate about encouraging and uplifting her clients, shifting mindsets, and celebrating vulnerability.
Erin supports a diverse range of clients, including those who are new to social impact. Her clients want to make a greater impact, gain more satisfaction from their work, and feel values-aligned with their organization. Erin helps clients to clarify their career values and impact goals, define their purpose, tell their story, build confidence and community, and she supports on all tactical aspects of their job search (e.g. understanding social impact, feedback on resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles, networking and LinkedIn techniques, interview prep, etc.).
