Kristin Vierra is a Remote Career and Lifestyle Coach currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her personal journey through career transitions, remote work experience, and the creation of a remote lifestyle to grow a career while traveling throughout South America have deeply inspired her coaching mission. She is committed to guiding individuals to empower themselves to build a fulfilling and impact-driven career that aligns with their goals, passions, and values.

Before transitioning to remote work, Kristin successfully navigated significant career shifts, moving from a corporate background to roles in the tech sector within mission-driven organizations. As a Recruiting Strategist in her fully remote position, she supported remote companies in streamlining hiring processes, advising on the hiring strategy from crafting job descriptions through offer generation. Kristin's background in both recruiting and career coaching, along with her experiences working abroad, have equipped her to guide individuals on their path to deeper career fulfillment.

Driven by curiosity and lifelong learning, Kristin also has a deep passion for exploring foreign countries, slow and intentional living/travel, broadening her mindset, and gaining wisdom through immersing herself in other cultures.
