Before UNDP, Mike founded 17 Triggers, a Behavior Change Lab that worked for clients ranging from Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, World Bank, ADB, Plan-International, Save the Children, Habitat for Humanity, MTV Foundation, ILO, UNCDF, and UNICEF Global. Mike has led teams on 100+ projects across 20 countries on projects up to $120M USD in health, sanitation, water, agriculture, safe migration, human trafficking, financial services, education, climate change, gender equality, and more.
