Jessica Wan is an executive and leadership coach who partners with business leaders to navigate change, manage teams effectively, and lead authentically. She works with individuals and teams to find greater clarity, connection, and focus in their demanding lives.
Jessica partners with clients primarily at the VP, SVP, and executive levels in a range of industries including social impact, climate-tech, clean energy, higher ed, ed-tech, non-profit, and the arts.
Before starting her coaching business, she helped create the first MBA program in Saudi Arabia for women, launched iPhones and iPads worldwide at Apple, built diverse audiences at the San Francisco Opera, partnered with LeVar Burton in Smule’s karaoke app, pioneered the world's first opera hackathon, and fostered a culture of professional growth as the SVP of Marketing at Magoosh.
Over the past two decades, Jessica has also collaborated with artists across the SF Bay Area as a classical, opera, and musical theatre singer. She hosts a podcast called The Ampersand Manifesto, where she interviews people who, like her, straddle multiple worlds (e.g. music & medicine, science & dance, tech & writing).
Jessica studied Product Design and Music at Stanford and earned her MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
